Despite patiently explaining the drink options, Rachelle abruptly turned sour when we decided not to proceed with the drinks. She spoke to my mother in a harsh tone, saying, "I ALREADY TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS," and exhibited disdainful glances towards her. Additionally, the girl beside her smirked and smiled in a manner that only exacerbated the situation.

Rather than causing a scene, we endured the degradation inflicted upon us. It is disheartening to witness such behavior, especially in a priority lane intended for those in need. Patience and understanding should be extended to all customers, regardless of their circumstances.

I urge you to address this matter promptly with the individuals involved. Respect and professionalism should be upheld at all times, regardless of the situation. No one should feel belittled or degraded over a simple misunderstanding.
