Signed up with camsxrated June 2022. (camsxrated shows same chat feed as chaturbate, selected them as older browser ran smoother).

Four eMails each 7 days apart to camsxarated only one BOT reply as to 3rd eMail. Was asking as to other methods to pay besides CC/bank.

Told Money Orders was okay ~August 12th 2022. Made a USPS money Order (M.O.) August 15th, capture of M.O. (https://imgbox.com/6s9lBUm7).

Told would take 2 weeks to be processed.

Here the USPS tracking on the mail carrying M.O. (https://imgbox.com/5kHb0ywy) If one knows how USPS works on Aug. 22 2022 it was in the mailworkers delivery route. Either that mailworker stole it of it was delivered and chaturbate is not processing it. But this long wait has my promises to pay looking like a month-long lie. One chatroom's model I got along with beautifully and on my IOU had 600 tokens for her (she doesn't appear naked but I thought that made her more special) all of a sudden reads some report on her screen stares at me like I'm a killer (her eyes burning through my soul look) accuses me of spamming and next thing I see is banned.

Today is Sept. 4th 2022, 4000 tokens not in my accnt yet.

Now it seems two moderators are using this to ID me as a spammer or abuser. Therefore, if I visit chatrooms last ~2 weeks women immediately get dressed close video shot showing private or away message. On neighbor's computer they are still on, meaning chatroom is faking it's on break only to me or those singled out as abusers.

I like Chaturbates style, correspondences to them were replied to within 36 hrs but since I signed up through camsxrated and eMailed/feedbacked them that threw a big monkey wrench that led to certain moderators taking advantage of the delay to tag my username.

I joined chat rooms as my real dating/meeting others over lunch life is on hold as bought mother to NYC to take care of her (Dementia). That's a 24/7 on-call responsibility, so I figured, let me enjoy chatting with real women over the internet.

BTW, I 've never spammed. Am on the net since 1981, yes '81(was a "prodigy kid" via NYiT college (Manhattan building) it was the NYC link-up to an MIT to Berkeley, CA. webnet connection for science minded folks as me. In 1984 that link-up became officially public. I've never been banned, till late 2021 an Instagram App mistakenly took a rough draft with 30,000 text characters and mailed it to my IG connections. Maybe that issue I can also have looked at here.

The set up a private show for 100 tokens. I and a couple others purchased right away and then they started the show and then started messing with the settings suddenly I could no longer see the show - I kept texting that I couldn't see the show - 10 minutes in - 1 minute before they ended the show the gave me mod status and I could see. Saw mostly nothing

Approximately 6 months ago my account was abruptly banned with no explanation other than a note saying “a term of use might have been violated”. I had just purchased tokens which I was deprived the use of since I couldn’t access my account. 10 emails to support went unanswered and upon calling I was told each email puts me at the end of the que. That was a untrue as six months later, no one has replied.

Well to move forward with life, I created another account. But not having a clue why my first account was banned, I made it a point to watch shows and performances but not chat or engage anyone, at all on the site.

So I was completely at a loss when after purchasing tokens I was again notified that my account was banned. Well, this time I’m certain I couldn’t have violated any term unless spending money is a violation.

I don’t know why my account(s) were repeatedly summarily banned but I don’t believe I did anything wrong. Furthermore, if they are going to ban an account, at best it’s shady but really just plain dishonest and poor business practice to still allow token purchases, which won’t be able to be used. Is it a Trump company? Idk but have never either encountered a support or customer service line that deliberately avoided its responsibilities yet took peoples money. I guess it’s a coincidence they operate the same dishonest way…both sad.

My accounts have been banned by Chaturbate and Support has failed to respond to my email request. I've been sending support requests for 9 days. I'm a good customer and never done anything unethical or in violation of the site rules. I have friends through this account and I'm disappointed I can't visit them. I would appreciate any assistance possible.

Things were going fine, I was increasing viewers, people in the room were growing. I had regulars and was making friends.. and then I banned two people and the next day everything went down hill. I received an email threatening termination for 3 things. The only thing I did was probably swore at some point. My little dog is too small to be on camera, but people could hear him bark or me lament on his neediness and love of food and the other accusation was failing to follow through on a tip request. I had put up a tip menu for PM's to try to stop the badgering by come people and that was also the day I unfollowed someone and banned the two people.

I jumped through all the hoops Chaturbate asked of me. I was told all is good..but i'm still not on. I have forwarded the email saying all was good from two email accounts, the "official" one that has my legal name and one that does not.

So, in summary I have been told all is good, but nothing has changed. Support is as useless as others have complained about across the internet. I was in management and I'm appalled at how poorly people are treated.

You have a cam model, befxckingnice who is using your platform to slander and talk about personal information and identity of her personal life. My name, my work, where I live and where my CHILDREN go to school was blasted by her in her chat room talking disrespectful and slandering my name and causing harassment for myself and family. Is this how you run your platform? Isn’t the purpose of your platform is for these models to make money by doing services they provide by their menus for their clients? To slander and hack into my accounts are against the law and she’s using your platform to talk about it.

06 and 07 August 2022 Model Gaw_Sanan WhatsApp messaged me seeking offline payments - which if I didn’t make would result in her banning me from her room (again). I had previously transferred monies to her for PVT, PSSWRD and WhatsApp shows but have recently refused to do so resulting in my being banned from her room. This is not acceptable behaviour.

I am a model on Chaturbate, about 25 of july my account was banned without any email. I contacted them 2 times and there is no answer why it was banned. Myself I do not think I done anything unexceptable for that to happen. One of my customers contacted me on other site where I am working as model as well and told me that he is banned from Chaturbate as well and he thinks because he posted me amazon link with black dildo which he wanted that I would buy. My question to chaturbate would be so why my account been banned? I did not ask him to send me a link we just was chatting that I want to get black dildo. Please help me to resolve this matter as Chaturbate customer service is not responding me at all. My name on chaturbate is Kallisi. Also there is my money frozen on their site.

There is suspicious activity on my account, yesterday someone tried to enter my account using the password guessing method. Yesterday I was on the forum, where I promoted my photo and selfie, as well as the name on my account.

After the password was guessed many times by someone, my account was blocked during the stream!

Help please.

Model diva_sexycute stole 200 tokens. Made deal for 200 tokens on [protected] at 10:12 pm cst gave pw took tokens then asked for another 200 tokens. Advised her to keep deal and then she disconnected and banned me from room. This is second time in a week this happened. This should be aggressively prohibited from them doing this fraud.

2nd request for stolen tokens by shantalfoxxy- she stole 324 tokens. Refund them asap. I will not stop until refunded or I will file a complaint with state AG. Review my first complaint for date and time. If this keeps happening with models from the Philippines you should ban them from chaturbate- this is the 3rd time with them - no problem with other models - they deliver what they promise.

July 17,2022 Illegalmilk room After sending 49 tokens, and email. I got nothing. No emails.

I informed the room, was told everything checked out on their end, asked if I checked spam, I did,but nothing. Told me nothing shows up, to check back Monday, when I did, again I was told everything' good on.there end.

So I told the room that I will report this. Then I was banned from the room.

This is concerning the Can Model lotus_23. She talks to the customers as if they are nothing and expects them to not comment back. I have seen her tell people to "[censored] Off" and other unprofessional things. This should not be allowed

i asked the model dariia_doll about on 14-07-2022 somenthing from her tip menu and when i tiped the correct amound of tokens she banned me from the room for no reason

I was chatting with model Alissonone, her tip list had "milk" for 230 tokens. I asked if she had milk, because I had some doubt, she said she did. After tipping 230 tokens, she changed the token amount to 530 tokens. She insisted it was a 10 minute password show, so I tipped 300 tokens more. She gave me a password, and started the password show. She insisted 105 tokens for "full nude". I gave her the 105 tokens, she then kicked and banned me. I did not receive any show from her. I was scammed out of 635 tokens.

I had recently started camming on Chaturbate after a long break. I have been a member in good standing for over 10 years and have enjoyed the interactions on the site.

On the 3rd of July I attempted to log in only to receive a message stating that my account had been banned and to contact support if I wanted further information, which I did.

In their reply, they stated that they had "received a report about someone offering prohibited content. This individual was immediately banned from the Chaturbate platform. In reviewing the individual’s account and offer, everyone they attempted to engage with their offer of prohibited content was placed in a protective suspension pending review. In reviewing your interactions, we found that you expressed interest in their prohibited offer."

I contacted support again to explain that I was trying to get the user to interact further on Chaturbate as they had asked me to Skype twice (which I refused in the chat both times!). I thought it would assist Chaturbate in a legal prosecution if I kept the user talking on the site.

Chaturbate's reponse was to cherry pick a couple of lines of chat and say that breached their terms of service, and the ban on my account is permanent.

As I had only just recently submitted my government ID for age verification, I am hardly likely to go breaking the law and risking prosecution. I also have 10 years worth of media that I have paid for in that account, and I have been denied access to it.

I understand Chaturbate's need to uphold the law, but I had a good reason to interact with this user in order to have them taken off the site, and was not seeking to take part in the offer as I refused to go offsite twice!

In my opinion the decision was entirely arbitrary on Chaturbate's behalf and in spite of repeatedly requesting a review and re-evaluation of my case, Support no longer replies to my emails.

Chaturbate have one huge and appalling problem: they like to ban your account after you make a purchase. Their customer service is dreadfull, it's kind of non-existing. Anyway, I left to J4Sex

when Chaturbate banned me for the third time. I really love this new place, it was a true discovery for me, a rare gem! I'm head over heels for their girls, they are hot as fire and they like instant action, they are no time-wasters. I've never had any problems with my account there. I've been using it for 8 months so far and I'll never go back to Chaturbate.
